We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LayerLab. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Be in the original packaging
• Have proof of purchase

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.
