Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via standard shipping carriers. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States and may offer international shipping for select locations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected and destination. Rates are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to contact you within 30 days, the order may be cancelled and refunded (minus original shipping costs).
